Often times in life the universe has a way of presenting us with difficulties. These difficulties however help us in more ways than many may realize. Typically many are resistance to the mists of change. Change, however can bring forth many blessings in our lives. If only can only learn and relinquish control to trust in ourselves and our own personal strength to overcome hardship. Every interaction and every person we meet can help facilitate a positive change in our lives and within ourselves. As a personal believer in a higher power I believe that my experiences are ordained and sent to me in order to help me become a better person and grow as an individual. Wisdom and Enlightenment also come from the endurance of hardship and change. We must however seek out healthy outlets and coping mechanisms to help guide us through the waves of change and hardship. Although I know most individuals tend to cope with change and hardship in different ways. Some personal coping mechanisms I use are Therapy, Psychotherapy, Medication, Meditation, Breathing Techniques, ASMR , Talking with close friends or family, and even often times a hot cup of tea or coffee. Try to evaluate what helps you cope and apply some of these techniques to your daily lives. I promise that you will get through this because you are full of strength, resilience and determination. Never give up on yourself, because the only thing keeping you from your full potential is you. and you alone.
